LEMON JUICE: Lemon juice is beneficial to remove dandruff. But you have to use it very carefully and accurately. If it is not used correctly, then it can change the hair into dry hair. To use lemon juice for dandruff removal, add the juice of one lemon in mustard oil or coconut oil. Apply the mixture on hair and massage it well. Leave it for a while. Now wash the hair thoroughly. Try the procedures twice a week.
WITH CURD: Curd is not only good for health, but it is also suitable for our hair. It helps in getting relief from dandruff. Well, use of curd for treating dandruff can be a messy task, but one of the most effective ways for removing dandruff. The procedure is so simple. Just put some curd on the scalp. Leave it for some time and then wash the hair with shampoo.
TEA TREE OIL: Tea Tree oil comes from the Melaleuca alternifolia plant. The oil is used for a variety of diseases or conditions such as acne, dermatitis, etc. It has terpinen-4-ol that has many antimicrobial properties. It stops the growth of fungi and bacteria on the scalp and helps in reducing dandruff.
NEEM & TULSI: The water of Neem and Tulsi is also beneficial for the removal of dandruff. For this take some leaves of Neem and Tulsi and boil them in water. Boil till the water remains half. When the water in the pot remains half, filter it and keep it to cool down. Wash the hair with the Neem-Tulsi water. Use this method a couple of times, and you will see the difference.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Apple Vinegar has antibacterial and antifungal properties. And these properties plays an important role in the health of the scalp. It is helpful in eliminating the fungus that causes dandruff on the scalp.
FENUGREEK SEEDS: Fenugreek seeds have anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. So it is also an excellent remedy for dandruff. Fenugreek seeds are rich in protein, Vitamin C, iron, potassium, lecithin and nicotinic acid. It has many other hair benefits.
