Two more samples have turned positive in the COVID-19 test at IGMC Hospital in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh’s capital. On Saturday, 9 May, 42 more samples were sent from Bilaspur for investigation. In these 42 samples, two samples belong to two drivers, who were stopped at Bilaspur. One of these two hails from Gujrat and another from Mandi (H.P).
On Saturday night, a 36-year-old man (who is a driver by profession) left Ahmedabad two days ago. He was on the way to Baijnath in Kangra district of Himachal. Along with himself, he was passengers together. He was stopped at the barrier in Bilaspur district, where he was tested for Covid-19, in which he was found positive.
Another person also found Corona positive, he is also a driver by profession. He left two days ago on a journey from Gurugram in Haryana towards Mandi. Along with himself, he was taking passengers together. He too was stopped and tested in Bilaspur. His report has also come positive. Corona tests of both the people were done at IGMC Shimla.
Two Cases Found Yesterday
There were two new cases of coronavirus in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday. On Saturday, a 32-year-old corona sample in Kangra was found positive. At the same time, in Hamirpur, a 52-year-old man was found corona infected. Now, cases of corona have increased to 54 in Himachal Pradesh. The number of corona victims in Kangra has now increased to seven.
