And the first phone in the series with the 6000mAH battery was Samsung Galaxy M30s. It was the successor of the Galaxy M30. And now the successor of the M30 is Galaxy M31. This smartphone too has a battery of 6000mAh. With the launch of this smartphone, the company has two M-series phones that have a massive 6000mAH battery.

Samsung Galaxy M31 Review

A Big Battery

Well, we all know that it is the successor of the M30s, but there is no change in the battery. But who wants a change as the phone is offering massive 6000mAh battery. The predecessor of the phone also has the same battery. The phone also comes with the 15W charging technology but it is quite too weak to charge this massive battery. It takes more than 2 hours to charge the phone from 0 to full.

Improved Camera

The phone has a quad rear camera setup at the back. The rear camera of the phone has a 64MP primary sensor. It uses the Samsung ISOCELL GW1 sensor. There is an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 5MP macro camera, and a 5MP depth camera. On the front, the phone packs a 32MP camera. in the Galaxy M30s smartphone, there was a triple rear camera with a 48MP sensor.

Front Same Design

On the front, there is the same design on the phone which was available on the M30s. Samsung Galaxy M31 has a dew-drop display notch. There is a 6.40-inches display with a screen resolution of 1080×2340 pixels. At the back there is a fingerprint sensor and four cameras. The camera is at the top left of the phone. The volume button and the power button are on the right side of the phone.

Same Processor

The saddest part about the phone is that there is no upgrade in the processor. The phone comes with the Exynos 9611 processor that was also on the Galaxy M30s. At this price segment, the competitors of the phone are providing a better one. But still, no need for disappointment as there phone runs smoothly on this.

Price of Samsung Galaxy M31

The phone has two variants and both the variants have 6GB RAM. The first one comes with the 64GB storage while the other one has 128GB storage. The phone price is Rs 14999 for the base variant and the top-end variant price is Rs 15999.

If you are a Samsung fan and looking for a budget phone with a massive battery, then you can go with this one. Samsung Galaxy M31 main highlights are its camera and battery. But if you want some more options then there are many other phones with which you can compare this phone and then choose the right one. Overall, this phone is perfect at this price point as there is no other smartphone with the 6000mAH battery at this price.
