The Redmi A series of the Redmi is one of the most affordable series of the company. The A series of the company started with the Redmi 4A. After Redmi 4A, Redmi 5A, Redmi 6A, Redmi 7A has been launched in India from last couple of years. And now the new leaks suggest that the company is working on the next budget phone Redmi 8A. It is a trend of the company that after launching the Note series it launches the A series. This year too, the company launched the Redmi Note 7 series and following that Redmi 7A was launched.
The fresh leaks show that the Xiaomi is working on the successor of the Redmi 7A smartphone. The phone with the model number M1908C3KE has popped on the certifications website TENAA. It is hinting towards the Redmi 8A. Here are the complete details with the listed specifications.

The phone listing available on the Chinese website TENAA uncovers the design and some of the key specifications of the phone. As per the listing, the phone appears to have a waterdrop display notch with the single camera at the back and a single camera on the front.
The phone also has the branding of Redmi on the front and the back too. There is no fingerprint sensor on the phone which clears the doubt that it will be the next A series of Redmi. All the previous A-series smartphone don’t have any fingerprint sensor at the back.
Further, the listing of the phone also shows a 6.2-inches display with an octa-core processor. There will three variants of the phone with different RAM and storage. As per there will be 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM on the phone with 16GB/32GB/64GB internal storage.
The new smartphone in the listing is said to run on the Android 9 Pie operating system. In terms of camera, the phone has the 12MP camera at the back and an 8MP camera on the front. The listed device also packs a 5000mAh battery.
