Fast bowler Jofra Archer has missed the England team’s upcoming Sri Lanka tour and the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) due to an elbow fracture. Archer was included in the Rajasthan Royals team in the IPL season 2020. Due to his injury, being out of the tournament is considered a big blow for the Rajasthan Royals team.
Archer has been identified as a bowler with a good speed. In the Ashes series against Australia, he influenced every person with his performance. Not only this, during the Ashes series, Australian batsman Steve Smith was also injured on his short pitch ball.

Archer suffered from this injury during the first test in Centurion against South Africa. Due to this, he could not play the next three test matches of the series. England won this series of four Test matches by a margin of 3–1.. Due to injury, he will not be able to take part in Sri Lanka tour and IPL. The England team has to tour Sri Lanka for two tests in the month of March. The Indian Premier League will also start from the last week of March.
