Validity: In terms of validity comparison both the plans offer the same validity. With these two plans, users will get a validity of 336 days. There is no change in the validity of these two plans. Both are equal in terms of validity.
Calling: In terms of calling benefits, there is no difference between these two plans. Both the plans offer free calling to anywhere in India including roaming incoming and outgoing calls. But the calling is unlimited to Jio numbers only and for Non-Jio numbers, there are 12000 FUP minutes.
SMS: In terms of SMS, there is a difference too. Jio 2121 prepaid recharge plan offers 100 free SMS per day. On the other side, Jio 1299 plan offers only 3600 SMS per year. This means users will\plan offers 1.5GB data per day and another side plan 1299 Jio plan offers only 24GB data as a whole. This means users will get 2GB data per month in this. But there is no daily data usage limit in this plan.
If you are looking for a yearly plan and affordable with calls, SMS and data then 1299 is good. But the plan is good only for those whose data usage is not more. If you consume more data then you can go with the Jio 2121 plan.
