CTET 2019 Exam: Central Board of Secondary Education started the application form filling process for the CTET exam 2019 on 19th August. Now the link to fill the form is now active and all eligible candidates can fill their form online on the website of Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2019. Here are the important details regarding the CTET Exam 2019.
CTET 2019 Exam – Schedule of Examination
Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the exam of CTET on 8th December 2019. Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be held on the same day. In the morning shift Paper 1 will be conducted and in the evening Paper 2 will be held. The timings for the paper 1 of CTET exam 2019 are 9:30 am to 12 noon. And for Paper 2, the timings are from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.

Application Fee & Last Date To Fill Form
As per the notification of the exam, the last date to fill the form is 23rd September 2019. All the eligible candidates are advised that they should fill their application form on or before the last date. After the last date, no application form will be accepted.
The application fee for Paper 1 or Paper 2 is Rs 700 for the General and OBC category candidates. And for the SC/ST/PWD category candidates, the fee is Rs 350. For Paper 1 & Paper 2 both the fee is Rs 1200 for General and OBC. For the SC/ST/PWD, the fee is Rs 600. The mode of payment of application fee is via E-Challan or by online mode.
Structure of CTET 2019 Paper 1 & Paper 2
There will be two papers of CTET.
(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
(ii) Paper II will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Paper 1 of the CTET Exam 2019 will have total of 150 questions. The questions will be from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics and Environmental Studies.
Paper 2 of the exam will have a total 150 questions. The questions will be from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics & Science or from Social Studies/ Social Science.
