Latest Counterpoint Research data reveals that among all the smartphone brands in India, Xiaomi and Realme were the top best performer on the Q2 2019. Xiaomi is on the first positions while the Realme brand is on the 2nd position in the second quarter of 2019. As per the data, Redmi Note 7 Pro was the top-selling smartphone. Realme has become the second-largest smartphone brand in the online segment.

As per the report of Counterpoint, Redmi Note 7 Pro is the best performer with total 12.1 percent market share. The phone is followed by another Redmi smartphone (Redmi 6A) with share of 6.4 percent. After that Realme C2 and Realme 3 is in the list at 3rd and 4th position. Realme C2 has 5.9 percent market share and Realme 3 has a 5.6 percent market share. The fifth position is also taken by Xiaomi by the phone Redmi Note 7. It has a 5 percent market share.
The report also says that Oppo, Vivo, Asus also performed great in the second quarter of 2019 and they are also the fastest-growing brands in the online segment.
Xiaomi On Top and Realme on Secon Position
Xiaomi has a total of 46 percent in the market share. If compared with the last year 2nd quarter, there is a decline. That time it was having 55 percent share. Realme is the fastest growing brand in India and has a long list of budget phones. As per the reports, realme has a total of 17 percent of the market share. In the last year same quarter. it has only a 4 percent share. Samsung is at the third position with the 11 percent market share followed by Huawei (6 percent) and Asus (4 percent).
