The Rajasthan government has started Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Bima Yojana for the health of the people so that people can get health insurance of ten lakhs. What is Chiranjeevi Yojana?

Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme was started in the year 2021 in Rajasthan. According to the scheme, citizens can take benefit of health insurance up to ten lakh rupees in government and private hospitals. In this scheme, people can get health insurance i.e. health insurance only from the hospitals selected by the government.

Earlier only 5 lakh health insurance was available from this scheme but now it has been increased. To get the benefit of this scheme, Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme has to be registered. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said the main objective of this scheme is to make people health conscious and provide them benefits from this scheme.

Who Are Eligible?

Let us tell you that in this scheme only those people can apply who are living below the poverty line. To take advantage of this scheme, you must also have a residence certificate of Rajasthan, but people with government jobs cannot apply for this scheme.

To apply, you have to apply by visiting the official website of this scheme. In this plan, various types of diseases are covered. Under this scheme, a 50 percent amount i.e. a minimum of Rs 850 will have to be deposited as an annual premium as an insurance premium.

Let us tell you that the expenses up to five days before hospitalization and 15 days after discharge are covered under this insurance. In this way, you can get the benefit of this scheme.
