Avengers’ Action Coordinator Chris Barnes Onboard For Salman Khan’s Tiger 3
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the dynamic duo known for their action-packed performances, are set to reunite on-screen once again for the highly anticipated third installment of the Tiger franchise. The Yash Raj Films (YRF) spy universe is gearing up to deliver yet another thrilling movie filled with high-octane action sequences. To ensure top-notch action, the makers have enlisted the services of renowned Hollywood action coordinator Chris Barnes, known for his work on Marvel’s blockbuster Avengers: Endgame. Barnes, who specializes in marine action, has an impressive track record with credits in major Hollywood hits such as The Bourne Ultimatum, I Am Legend, Joker, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man: Far from Home, and Avengers: Infinity War, among others.
Reports suggest that the YRF Spy Universe has become one of the coolest film franchises in recent times. Tiger 3, with its unique flavors and distinct style, is expected to add a fresh dimension to the spy franchise, setting it apart from other YRF franchises like Pathaan and War. In the film, Katrina Kaif reprises her role as superspy Zoya, while Emraan Hashmi takes on the role of the antagonist. The movie is scheduled to hit the screens during the Diwali festival.
Salman Khan’s previous release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, did not perform exceptionally well at the box office. The film, directed by Farhad Samji and featuring an ensemble cast including Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Bhumika Chawla, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Shehnaaz Gill, Tanikella Bharani, and Jagapathi Babu, grossed around Rs 175 crores worldwide. Comparatively, Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Tu Jhooti Mein Makkar scored Rs 195 crores.
